How to lose everything with digital strategic planning

Why do most of us put off strategic planning?

It’s pretty easy to make excuses – “I don’t have time” and “I’ll do that tomorrow when I do have time”. Or, my favourite, “I just need to do a few more ‘things’ before I put a strategy together”.

You do have everything you need – knowledge & resources, or access to people with knowledge and resources.

So, what’s the problem?

It’s a problem with two massive barriers to your thinking.

Isn’t it crazy that sometimes it’s hard to “see” what you want when everything should just fall into place?

Think about your house or apartment – ‘thinking’ about some new paint, new lounges, a different TV and some new wall features – was this easy or hard to visualize? For most it’s hard.

The biggest barrier to NOT engaging in strategic planning for your business?

You’re scared of the result that you might get on the upswing, if things turn out the way you planned them.

In otherwords, you might just be happy with mediocrity.

Yes, it’s true.

What does it take to get past these mental blocks that prevent many good businesses from becoming remarkable?

Pushing past being ‘scared’ of a remarkable future.

Anyone can make an excuse.

But, can you make a strategic plan to get your #Breakthrough?
